Business Analyst SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM, SD & Fiori)

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather and analyze internal business needs, proposing solutions close to standard SAP S/4HANA functionality
• ▹Advise users on SAP S/4HANA best practices
• ▹Contribute to defining solutions that meet business needs while respecting SAP standards
• ▹Participate in SAP S/4HANA evolution and transformation projects
• ▹Configure and customize FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO, MM and SD modules
• ▹Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) campaigns and release management
• ▹Ensure quality, sustainability, and maintainability of solutions
• ▹Maintain functional and technical documentation
• ▹Provide application support, diagnose issues, and resolve functional incidents

Requirements

• ▹University degree (EPFL, HEC, HEG or equivalent)
• ▹Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst on SAP S/4HANA with FI/CO, MM and SD expertise
• ▹Good knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and architecture
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Fluent English, written and spoken
• ▹Fluent French
• ▹Swiss residency

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Esker, SAP Concur and/or in the banking sector
