Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with the internal Technical Leader to align technical choices with project objectives
• ▹Define the technical direction and ensure its implementation
• ▹Act as the technical reference point for the development teams
• ▹Design robust, scalable and secure technical solutions
• ▹Participate in architecture decisions and selecting the most suitable technologies
• ▹Ensure the technical coherence of the entire platform
• ▹Lead a team of .NET developers
• ▹Oversee Front-End development to ensure smooth integration with Back-End components
• ▹Support developers in upskilling and share best practices
• ▹Oversee development and ensure quality standards are met
• ▹Conduct code reviews and support teams on complex technical topics
• ▹Guarantee the performance, maintainability and security of developments
• ▹Ensure smooth communication with the various stakeholders
• ▹Share progress, identified risks and proposed solutions
• ▹Contribute to coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹At least 10 years of experience in .NET development
• ▹Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Lead Developer or Software Architect
• ▹Experience on transformation or redesign projects for complex applications
• ▹Excellent command of C#, ASP.NET and Entity Framework
• ▹Solid knowledge of application architectures, APIs and web services
