Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive the IT strategy in close alignment with business needs
• ▹Diagnose existing information systems and identify optimization levers
• ▹Build target systems and transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• ▹Design the implementation trajectory (planning, governance, prioritization)
• ▹Define Target Operating Models suited to organizational and performance challenges
• ▹Build solid business cases (ROI, TCO)
• ▹Support the transformation: organizational redesign, change management, rollout of new processes
• ▹Introduce an operational excellence approach

Requirements

• ▹University or business school degree
• ▹5-7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a consulting firm or in a technology/innovation department
• ▹Management and business development skills for responding to tenders
• ▹Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• ▹Spoken and written English (B2/C1 level)

• ▹Ability to navigate complex, international environments
• ▹Ability to connect varied expertise areas and hybrid teams
