IT Project Manager – AMOA (Business Analyst)

As an AMOA project manager, you will steer IT projects for aerospace clients from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, understand and translate client requirements
  • Write functional specifications (cahier des charges)
  • Coordinate task prioritisation throughout all project phases
  • Ensure smooth project execution from functional/technical design through deployment: track deadlines vs. delivery quality, coordinate internal and external processes, track budgets, maintain reporting and KPIs
  • Create and maintain project documentation: functional specifications, technical standards, budget, deadlines, acceptance test documentation
  • Identify and estimate project risks, propose and coordinate preventive and corrective actions
  • Support and mobilise teams by coordinating deployment, training and adoption of solutions, and keep the client informed via operational reporting and steering committee meetings

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+5)
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, AMOA or IT project manager, or in application support/operations
  • Deep understanding of technical and operational needs
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and proven ability to apply them successfully
  • Looking for a permanent (CDI) position
