Hardware System Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹CR (change request) analysis
• ▹Troubleshooting
• ▹Concept definition
• ▹Technical leadership on HW and SW engineering competencies
• ▹Leading a team of HW engineers to advance the system-level design of inverters
• ▹Change request management
• ▹Working closely with component suppliers to ensure quality and alignment
• ▹Validating technical definitions with the customer
• ▹Travelling to Milan and Brussels approximately once every two months

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience required
• ▹Strong experience in Automotive HV power electronics
• ▹Technical leadership on HW and SW engineering competencies
• ▹English is mandatory (international European team)
