Manchester Tank Quincy Inspector/Tester

Responsibilities

• ▹Read and interpret blueprints, schedules, or product specifications to determine testing procedures
• ▹Inspect cylinders for visual defects
• ▹Test cylinders for structural defects
• ▹Place and remove fittings from cylinders following protocol
• ▹Reject and mark defective parts
• ▹Work at different stations as production needs require
• ▹Set up and operate machines according to specifications
• ▹Monitor finished products to ensure quality conforms to specifications
• ▹Monitor machine operation and report malfunctions
• ▹Operate lifting devices as needed
• ▹Follow EHS guidelines and Job Safety Analysis procedures
