Senior Engineer, Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze demand, supply, capacity and inventory data to identify imbalances, risks and opportunities across short-, mid- and longer-term planning horizons
• ▹Develop and evaluate range- and scenario-based plans to assess trade-offs related to capacity, yield, inventory and service levels
• ▹Drive actions to optimize material and resource utilization in support of revenue, margin and service objectives
• ▹Own forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
• ▹Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address material, capacity and operational constraints
• ▹Support business and operations reviews by translating complex planning data into clear insights, options and recommendations
• ▹Serve as a key liaison across Business Units, Operations, Planning and Finance to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans
• ▹Leverage advanced planning systems and analytical tools to enable constraint-based planning and data-driven decision-making
• ▹Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency
• ▹Support process standardization and documentation to improve planning clarity, transparency and scalability

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• ▹Experience in planning, operations or supply chain analytics
