Responsibilities

• ▹Write real code for autoscaling, internal tooling and operational automation
• ▹Improve overall application performance, scalability and reliability
• ▹Work on database optimization, containerized environments and continuous delivery
• ▹Enhance automated CI processes and development pipelines
• ▹Maintain, optimize and manage applications across the Docker, Kubernetes and AWS stack

Requirements

• ▹Experienced Ruby developer with a solid software development background
• ▹Strong, practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• ▹Hands-on experience with the AWS stack
• ▹Proven experience with database optimization
• ▹Experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure processes
• ▹Interest in performance, reliability and infrastructure work rather than standard product features
• ▹Upper-Intermediate English
