Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, develop and motivate a team of consultants and specialists, driving high well-being, engagement and performance
• ▹Ensure effective staffing and allocation of the team's resources so competencies and customer needs are matched as well as possible
• ▹Take responsibility for the team's budget, capacity utilization and financial results, and follow up on performance and goal achievement
• ▹Identify the need for new competencies and drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development within the team
• ▹Conduct career, development and salary dialogues and support each employee's professional and personal growth
• ▹Actively contribute to developing the team's professional standing, culture and market growth
• ▹Lead projects and ensure deliveries for strategic customers as a consultant
• ▹Participate in sales meetings and advise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Primary Apps and the Microsoft ecosystem
• ▹Design value-creating solutions, facilitate workshops and drive a shared understanding of the customer's needs
• ▹Own the quality of what is delivered and actively pursue upsell opportunities
