Customer Security Engineer (Pentest)

Responsibilities

• ▹Guides customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after)
• ▹Acts as the primary technical point of contact for customers on test setups, scope, results, and validating potential false positives
• ▹Translates findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and remediate discovered vulnerabilities
• ▹Collaborates closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product

Requirements

• ▹In-depth technical knowledge of pentest methodology, scoping, and results evaluation
• ▹Ability to identify and validate false positives
• ▹Ability to tailor vulnerability prioritization and remediation to the customer's architecture and development workflows
