Responsibilities

▹Analyze complex player datasets to understand behavioral patterns, feature engagement, and retention drivers
▹Apply advanced statistical methods: regression analysis, predictive segmentation, and experimental methods (A/B testing)
▹Bridge quantitative (big data) and qualitative (user research) insights within the unified Insights team
▹Take full ownership of complex, ambiguous product questions, partnering closely with PMs, designers, and engineers
▹Continuously refine analytics capabilities using modern data science workflows, predictive modeling, and AI tools

Requirements

▹3+ years of experience in user-focused data science or advanced product analytics within gaming, mobile apps, or interactive digital products
▹Deep curiosity and intuition for player experience, engagement, and kids' digital environments
▹Outstanding SQL skills querying cloud data warehouses
