Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead various agile events and activities, such as stand-ups, backlog management, sprint planning, and PI planning
• ▹Align and synchronize between different development teams, together with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience as a Scrum Master
• ▹Ability to actively contribute to the LFS agile methodology, fostering continuous improvement and team collaboration

• ▹Project management skills
