System Manager in the Social Services Administration

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure business systems meet the needs of the organization's units
• ▹Contribute to efficient working methods, high quality, and good information security
• ▹Work closely with operations managers, unit managers, super users, the municipality's IT function, and external system suppliers
• ▹Work both strategically and operationally on system management, development, training, and user support
• ▹Drive improvements and coordinate system-related issues

Requirements

• ▹Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, informatics, public administration, or an equivalent judged by the employer
• ▹Experience with system management, system administration, or business development linked to digital business support
• ▹Good experience with business systems in social services, health, and elderly care
• ▹Good understanding of social services' operations, processes, and documentation requirements
• ▹Experience with training, support, and user assistance
• ▹Good spoken and written Swedish
• ▹Category B driving license
