Field Service Engineer / Service Technician – ROB CZ

Responsibilities

• ▹Take full responsibility for service interventions at customers in Moravia and Bohemia
• ▹Occasionally participate in planned services in other countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia)
• ▹Provide technical advice, analyze root causes of failures, and provide remote support during standard working hours (no night or weekend work)
• ▹Report own activities in the CRM system in a timely and consistent manner, manage open service cases, and provide documentation for billing to office colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical knowledge (electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, industrial communication) and previous experience in industrial maintenance
• ▹Resilient, independent personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in demanding situations
• ▹Active driver, ready to spend around 80% of working time with customers and traveling
• ▹English knowledge for communication within the international team
• ▹Ideally located between Humpolec and Brno

Nice to have

• ▹Direct experience with industrial robots
