Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Take a real sense of ownership for the customers you're responsible for
• ▹Translate customer problems and requirements into scoping documents and implementation plans
• ▹Show technical leadership by identifying best practices for API integration and assisting customers with implementation
• ▹Bring an eye for design and detail that elevates the quality of the integration
• ▹Advocate for customer needs internally with insightful, quantitative feedback
• ▹Build strong commercial relationships with customers, with a high level of trust and influence
• ▹Work closely with customers to identify unique use cases and develop supporting collateral
• ▹Work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales and Design

Requirements

• ▹Experience in Sales Integration, Sales Onboarding, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, Developer Relations or a similar role
• ▹Enjoyment of working on complex projects
• ▹Good understanding of APIs
• ▹Ability to switch between technical and non-technical stakeholder communication
• ▹Ability to prioritise efficiently without compromising quality
• ▹Focused, forward-thinking approach to customer needs

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
• ▹Experience working in eCommerce or iGaming
• ▹Experience managing customers with $100m+ revenue
• ▹A computer science or technical degree
