Responsibilities

• ▹Own Attio's marketing website end-to-end, keeping it fast, beautiful and technically excellent as it evolves alongside the brand, product and business
• ▹Translate high-fidelity designs into polished, performant and accessible experiences using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Motion
• ▹Partner with Studio, Brand, Product Marketing and Growth on layout, interaction design, animation, typography and visual polish
• ▹Lead complex website projects from concept to launch, balancing creativity with pragmatism and providing direction on feasibility, timelines and implementation
• ▹Continuously evolve the architecture, tooling and maintainability of the marketing stack

Requirements

• ▹Exceptional frontend engineering skills combined with outstanding design craft
• ▹Hands-on experience delivering pixel-perfect, high-impact web experiences
• ▹Ability to lead complex website projects from concept to launch
