Full Stack Engineer - Lv 4 / Java + JavaScript

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• ▹Build reusable frontend components ensuring high performance, responsiveness and seamless user experiences across platforms
• ▹Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations supporting enterprise logistics and inventory workflows
• ▹Write automated tests, troubleshoot defects and optimize application reliability and maintainability
• ▹Collaborate with engineering peers, product managers and QA teams in Agile development environments
• ▹Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups and retrospectives
• ▹Mentor junior engineers and support best practices around code quality, testing and software design
• ▹Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and observability solutions using tools such as New Relic and Splunk
• ▹Support containerized application deployments using Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures within AWS and GCP
• ▹Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures for real-time data streaming and distributed system communication
• ▹Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• ▹Lead platform upgrades, infrastructure migrations and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications
• ▹Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript development
• ▹Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practices
• ▹Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• ▹Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems
• ▹Familiarity with Spring Boot and backend service development
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP
• ▹Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes and containerized application deployment
• ▹Experience with Kafka or other event streaming and messaging technologies
