Responsibilities

• ▹Leverage data tools and capabilities to deliver superior service to client's customers and advance the Data & Analytics Road Map
• ▹Conduct discovery and end-to-end data analysis to understand customer needs and help develop plans to improve data quality
• ▹Elicit, analyze, and interpret business and data requirements to develop complete data product solutions, including data models, ETL and business rules, data management, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting elements
• ▹Manipulate large data sets using SQL to understand patterns in the data
• ▹Perform data profiling using various tools to inform data quality checks and curation rules
• ▹Partner with customers in interpreting data and remediating issues
• ▹Collaborate with data owners and stewards to implement, maintain, and enhance data governance, quality, security, and privacy requirements
• ▹Prepare technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation rules
• ▹Partner with data architects to build data models for efficient consumption of data
• ▹Support the development of standards and best practices within the Data Analysis team, including documentation templates and agile development methodologies

Requirements

• ▹University or college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• ▹Several years of relevant experience
• ▹Solid hands-on technical skills and great attention to detail
• ▹Resourceful and relentless, capable of independently seeking information and delivering results in challenging situations
• ▹Collaboration and teamwork, prioritizing group needs over individual needs
• ▹Organized and logical approach to solving complex problems, uncovering root causes
• ▹Open communication, both written and verbal, asking clarifying questions
