Lead Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and improve product interfaces, tools, and user flows
• ▹Create high quality visuals for landing pages, emails, and campaigns
• ▹Shape and evolve the visual identity
• ▹Design creatives for ads, social, and launches
• ▹Work closely with product and growth to improve conversion and UX
• ▹Maintain consistency across all touchpoints
• ▹Build and improve design systems

Requirements

• ▹Strong portfolio with modern, high quality work
• ▹Experience designing for web products and digital platforms
• ▹Strong understanding of UI, UX, and visual hierarchy
• ▹Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and conversion
• ▹Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment
• ▹High ownership and ability to execute independently
• ▹Attention to detail and strong design taste

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in fintech, trading, or futures prop firms
• ▹Design systems, motion design, or growth marketing experience
