Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Django / Next.js)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ship backend and frontend features end-to-end across Atlas Brain, OTTO, Content Genius, Site Explorer, Rank Tracker, and GBP Galactic
• ▹Design and maintain Django APIs and React/Next.js UIs that hold up under real production load
• ▹Instrument your own work (observability, error tracking, performance baselines) before anything hits production
• ▹Push back on specs that don't hold up and propose stronger approaches before writing code
• ▹Diagnose production incidents end-to-end and own them through to resolution
• ▹Operate at high throughput alongside agentic tooling (Claude Code, parallel Git worktrees)

Requirements

• ▹5+ years shipping production web applications across the full stack
• ▹Strong Python 3, Django REST Framework, and Celery
• ▹Strong React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• ▹PostgreSQL in production, no MySQL
• ▹Daily fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic development tools
• ▹Experience with Sentry and the Grafana Stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
• ▹Docker Compose for local development, GitLab or equivalent for CI/CD
• ▹Available in EST or GMT+1
