Responsibilities

• ▹Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files relevant to business operations, strategy, and data analysis
• ▹Provide detailed feedback and examples of best practices in Excel for operational and consulting use cases, excluding finance
• ▹Design, document, and share templates or solutions reflecting expert knowledge
• ▹Collaborate with the customer's team to identify key workflows and operational challenges represented in Excel documents
• ▹Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas
• ▹Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, ensuring precise documentation
• ▹Contribute to creating data analysis case studies and operational scenarios

Requirements

• ▹Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools
• ▹Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments
• ▹Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex, non-financial business problems using Excel
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• ▹Ability to document processes, create instructional materials, and provide clear feedback
• ▹Experience with data analysis, scenario modeling, and workflow optimization in Excel
• ▹Self-motivated, proactive, comfortable working independently remotely

Nice to have

• ▹Background in business operations, strategy, or management consulting
• ▹Familiarity with AI training or contributing to machine learning datasets in a domain capacity
