Senior Media Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex media insight projects from project configuration through final client delivery
• ▹Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• ▹Configure projects within internal media analysis platforms: data sources, scoring methodologies, reporting outputs, workflows
• ▹Partner closely with Consultancy and Customer Support teams throughout project delivery
• ▹Design, test, and refine prompts for AI and LLM workflows supporting media scoring, sentiment analysis, and content classification
• ▹Evaluate AI-generated outputs, continuously improving prompt quality and scoring accuracy
• ▹Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and adopt emerging AI capabilities
• ▹Analyze complex media datasets using Power BI and other BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
• ▹Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations with clear business narratives
• ▹Develop reusable reporting templates and analytical frameworks
• ▹Mentor and support Media Analysts through coaching and feedback
• ▹Maintain clear documentation of methodologies and analytical approaches
• ▹Proactively identify delivery or operational risks and recommend solutions
• ▹Act as a subject matter expert for AI-enabled media analysis and insight production

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading complex media or data insight projects across the full delivery lifecycle
• ▹Hands-on experience with Power BI and other business intelligence tools
• ▹Experience designing and testing AI/LLM prompts for scoring and classification tasks
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills
