Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business goals
• ▹Update and enhance existing designs to improve user experience and business outcomes
• ▹Work with tools like Figma (primarily), Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant platforms
• ▹Maintain clear organization and structure across all design and working files
• ▹Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference
• ▹Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams
• ▹Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• ▹Prepare design plans and present website structures and concepts to stakeholders
• ▹Assist in the development and implementation of new brand identities across digital formats
• ▹Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• ▹Develop and maintain robust web style guides
• ▹Collaborate with SEO or technical specialists to ensure SEO-friendly website structures
• ▹Support and mentor junior designers

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in Web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
• ▹Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
• ▹Ability to translate business and stakeholder requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
• ▹Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and similar deliverables
