Responsibilities

• ▹Own backend scalability end-to-end
• ▹Tune and optimize LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration pipelines
• ▹Ship features collaboratively and often with a fast-moving team
• ▹Help shape engineering culture and technical direction as an early team member

Requirements

• ▹Based in Stockholm or legally eligible and willing to relocate (no visa sponsorship)
• ▹5+ years of backend engineering experience delivering scalable production systems
• ▹Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and optimizing AI agent workflows in production
• ▹Strong backend engineering fundamentals
• ▹Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity

Nice to have

• ▹Strong portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and curiosity
• ▹Experience building AI-driven features in a consumer or marketplace product
• ▹Background in fast-growing early-stage startups (pre-seed through Series A/B)
