Responsibilities

• ▹Own Discover's design end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping
• ▹Frame problems and set design direction
• ▹Connect design work across the platform

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience designing consumer marketplace products
• ▹Experience owning discovery, ranking, and engagement design at scale
• ▹Background must not be primarily in internal tools, CMS platforms, or growth systems
