Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and defend the domain roadmap, presenting it in Product Leadership forums
• ▹Research opportunities and build the case for domain-level bets
• ▹Set the research approach for the domain
• ▹Engage prospects and customers directly for feedback
• ▹Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle
• ▹Own delivery quality and pace, resolving cross-domain blockers
• ▹Drive go-to-market activities with Product Marketing
• ▹Coach other Product Managers without formal management authority

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally 10+ years for full Lead level
• ▹Proven track record of owning a product domain end to end, coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams
• ▹Strong market research skills and experience building structured proposals for new opportunities
• ▹Fluency across multiple communication formats: presentations, written specs, stakeholder readouts, webinars

Nice to have

• ▹Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders, including resellers, MSPs or integration partners
• ▹Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure or adjacent domains
