Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage the testing team for various software projects
• ▹Interpret business requirements and crystallize stories and acceptance criteria for implementation
• ▹Understand the software development process, including planning, analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, and problem resolution
• ▹Manage overall testing and team processes and improvement
• ▹Deliver testing results to the project team and stakeholders
• ▹Manage all activities in the test plan to ensure objectives are met and the solution works as expected
• ▹Test the solution in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
• ▹Provide feedback for production deployment readiness reviews
• ▹Attend requirements gathering and requirements review meetings
• ▹Participate in business requirement and functional specification reviews, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
• ▹Provide periodic reviews of testing results to cross-functional team members and management
• ▹Document test plan, test strategy, risk strategy and sign-offs
• ▹Use various testing tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Allure, Confluence
• ▹Apply different testing methods, such as Waterfall and Agile

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field
• ▹At least 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a project management role
• ▹ISTQB CTFL and ITIL service management certifications
• ▹Fluency in English and Italian
• ▹A partita iva (VAT number) for invoicing purposes
• ▹Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills
• ▹Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, PHP, HTML, SQL, VB.Net, Macros
• ▹A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• ▹Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• ▹A flexible and adaptable attitude to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
