Senior QA Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and execute strategic QA initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines and quality objectives are consistently achieved
• ▹Ensure the consistent implementation of testing KPIs and reporting standards across all projects, driving improvements in quality metrics
• ▹Actively contribute to iterating on the design of the QA Operating System
• ▹Collaborate with internal and external partners to build action plans improving the execution of the entire QA pipeline
• ▹Serve as the main Central QA point of contact, driving release quality across Scopely's titles
• ▹Champion transformation and collaboration across multiple teams, cultures and global locations
• ▹Continuously assess risks and define necessary mitigation plans
• ▹Advance the adoption of automation and AI-driven testing, leading the QA process and workflow transition through AI adoption
• ▹Work with trusted external QA partners to improve the quality and variety of services performed
• ▹Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, lessons learned and application of industry best practices
• ▹Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and shared responsibility for quality
• ▹Build and scale QA communities of practice, promoting shared learning and professional growth
• ▹Help manage external QA budgets to ensure teams operate efficiently and with measurable impact
• ▹Ensure effective reporting and coordination across distributed teams

Requirements

• ▹Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• ▹Passion for mobile and console/PC games, with proven experience working on games
• ▹Highly data-driven leadership style, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• ▹Strong focus on progress, quality and efficiency
