Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with founders, product leads, and stakeholders to turn business goals into experiences customers love
• ▹Lead design end-to-end, from discovery through production-ready execution
• ▹Make the right call when user needs, technical constraints, and business goals conflict
• ▹Collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and engineers to set direction and ship high-quality work
• ▹Bring a point of view on craft, process, and where the field is going

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading product design end-to-end, from strategy through production-ready execution
• ▹Strong judgment on process
• ▹Strong UX foundations across the full discovery and design process
• ▹Strong visual craft across layout, typography, iconography, color, and motion
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Comfortable collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and engineers
• ▹Experience shipping with startups or founding teams
• ▹Experience working with US clients (European clients a plus)
• ▹A portfolio is a required part of the application
