Responsibilities

• ▹Support autonomous, cross-functional teams to plan and deliver through Agile and Lean practices
• ▹Promote delivery discipline and a DevOps culture across the team
• ▹Facilitate delivery ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and release readiness
• ▹Track and analyse delivery metrics like cycle time, throughput and quality
• ▹Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects and Service Operations to align goals and manage dependencies
• ▹Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers, progress and value delivered
• ▹Identify and manage delivery risks and help teams implement mitigation strategies
• ▹Coach the Engineering Manager and Product Owner on continuous improvement of the squads
