Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for multi-tiered projects of varying complexity
• ▹Drive end-to-end testing across web applications, REST APIs and complex backend services
• ▹Partner closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to identify, track and resolve software defects
• ▹Champion product quality, recommending process improvements and testing strategy innovations
• ▹Ensure all software releases adhere to company guidelines and healthcare industry quality standards
• ▹Identify systemic problems and document test results and findings to maintain visibility and traceability

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in an SDLC quality analysis environment, with a strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ▹Practical experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium or Playwright
• ▹Deep understanding of modern software testing principles and web development practices
• ▹Demonstrated experience testing highly scalable web applications, REST APIs and backend services
• ▹High proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr
• ▹Excellent problem-solving skills paired with a meticulous eye for detail
• ▹Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
