Responsibilities

• ▹Validate content sets and individual files for technical compliance, audio/video sync, language verification, aspect ratios and image/metadata correctness
• ▹Confirm proper display and playback of content on system mock-ups to ensure consistency, integrity and quality
• ▹Coordinate quick, effective reworking of rejected media and follow issues through to resolution
• ▹Identify trends and issues to improve quality and efficiency and recommend alternatives
• ▹Keep accurate, detailed records of all actions taken on testing, validation and issue resolution
• ▹Track and monitor all tasks within the process for each client request

Requirements

• ▹Familiarity with GUI display and navigation requirements to ensure proper presentation of images and metadata
• ▹In-depth understanding of assigned customer profiles, content requirements and viewing restrictions
• ▹Strong judgement to identify and report content that may not be fitting for specific clients
• ▹Moderate understanding of cloud-based tools and procedures
• ▹Analytical skills for light-to-moderate troubleshooting and bug fixing on failed content
• ▹Understanding of and compliance with MPAA standards and content security
• ▹Experience collaborating with remote team members worldwide
• ▹Dedicated, reliable team player with a hands-on attitude
• ▹Fluent English skills
