API Developer with Apigee

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and deploy API proxies in Apigee Hybrid
• ▹Build and maintain reusable Shared Flows and API policies
• ▹Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure the quality of API contracts
• ▹Create automated API tests and support production CI/CD deployments

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience with Java
• ▹Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps concepts
• ▹Expert-level MongoDB knowledge
• ▹Experience working in cloud (Azure) environments
• ▹Apigee Hybrid experience: API proxies, apps, products, policies, metrics, deployments
• ▹Experience designing and building reusable Shared Flows
• ▹Solid knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger) specs and API security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)
• ▹Node.js development experience (custom policies, scripts, tooling)
• ▹Experience with GitHub Workflows and GitHub Actions for CI/CD

• ▹Microservices architecture knowledge
