Staff Program Manager - Spain

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing design, construction, and deployment
• ▹Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• ▹Own the project's Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes
• ▹Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate milestones across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• ▹Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and trade-offs
• ▹Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
• ▹Conduct regular fabricator and site visits during fabrication, construction, and commissioning to assess progress
• ▹Onboard and manage external resources supporting project management objectives

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field
• ▹8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• ▹Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle
• ▹Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects
• ▹Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices
• ▹Fluent in English
• ▹Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases
