Responsibilities

• ▹Drive problem framing with Product Owners: primary users, jobs to be done, constraints, assumptions, and risks
• ▹Plan and run lightweight research activities as needed (quick interviews, concept checks, usability tests)
• ▹Synthesize findings into clear recommendations that influence solution direction
• ▹Define success signals during Discovery and support evaluation after release
• ▹Generate multiple solution directions quickly and articulate trade-offs in plain language
• ▹Prototype at the right fidelity to align stakeholders and reduce risk before build
• ▹Deliver end-to-end flows including key states and edge cases
• ▹Design polished high-fidelity UI aligned with brand guidelines and the Design System
• ▹Default to existing patterns, and document gaps with variants/states/usage guidance for UX Lead review
• ▹Build in responsive behavior and accessibility basics from the start
