ERP Program Lead – Spain

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion
• ▹Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards
• ▹Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations
• ▹Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks
• ▹Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success
• ▹Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading challenging business transformation programs with a proven program-level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs
• ▹Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, on time, cost, and quality
• ▹Ability to lead teams in complex environments with multi-vendors and complex client organization structures
• ▹Experience working with global teams and leading local and remote consultants
• ▹In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, business, and change components
• ▹Ability to define and practically apply well-structured program delivery frameworks
• ▹Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• ▹Ability to lead teams preparing large proposals and program plans
• ▹Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations
• ▹Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles
• ▹Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4HANA
• ▹Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
• ▹Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources
• ▹Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for a range of audiences
• ▹Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• ▹CV must be submitted in English
