Responsibilities

• ▹Decide on the cadence and style of agile ceremonies that match team needs, aligned with the wider Delivery organization
• ▹Encourage collaboration and self-organisation between teams and across the value stream
• ▹Assist with internal and external communications, improve transparency, and remove impediments blocking the delivery team
• ▹Facilitate the creation of useful, reliable, and practical sprint plans and monitor burn down velocity
• ▹Guide the team and wider organisation on how to use and implement Agile/Scrum practices
• ▹Work closely with the Product Management group to keep the product backlog ready for planning and value delivery
• ▹Participate in a Community of Practice driving best practices (reliability, observability, quality, performance, security)
• ▹Work closely with the IT Performance function to set clear OKRs/KPIs and track progress
