Senior Product Manager, Remote Build

Responsibilities

• ▹Shape and lead the 0→1 Remote Build business, which serves as the employment infrastructure layer for AI agents proliferating across HR and Finance stacks (labour law across 100+ countries, payroll, entity structures, compliance rails)
• ▹Deploy standard connectors, build bespoke ones, and co-build custom apps and agents with customers on top of Remote's APIs, MCP, and CLI
• ▹Run managed services after launch
• ▹Decide which engagements stay bespoke and which evolve into capabilities Remote owns, maintains, and improves long-term
• ▹Work closely with the Remote Build Principal (business, P&L) and Technical Lead (delivery, scoping), reporting to a Senior Group Product Manager

Requirements

• ▹AI/agents fluency — you have shipped agent-facing or AI-native product surfaces and have a clear point of view on what changes when agents, not humans, are the primary consumer of an API
• ▹Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required; able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes
• ▹Senior-level Product Manager experience with a track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products
• ▹0→1 builder experience: having stood up a new product line or business
