Senior Associate Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups, engaging in collaborative design solutions to complex problems
• ▹Work closely with creative support specialists, creative project managers, and the design director to develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables across platforms (marketing emails, social content, presentations, web layouts) and branding projects
• ▹Adhere to style standards based on client style guides and/or branding
• ▹Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings as needed
• ▹Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials

Requirements

• ▹Discerning aesthetic sensibility across fashion, beauty, and tech industries
• ▹Ability to work within a team and independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• ▹Broad range of design skills across e-commerce and digital marketing platforms
• ▹Photo editing and retouching skills
• ▹Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• ▹Minimum of 6 years of brand or agency design experience and brand strategy
• ▹Experience leading branding projects from initial research through concepting, presentation, and final delivery
• ▹Proven experience producing and delivering performance marketing assets (e.g. email campaigns, static digital ads)
• ▹Online portfolio and work samples required
• ▹Native/fluent English, available during EST business hours
• ▹Comfortable in a Mac-based environment
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining scalable design systems (tested during hiring)
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote
• ▹Understanding of branding, typography, and social media
