Requirements

• ▹Primarily works with functional programming and open-source tools/languages
• ▹Full-stack flexibility (comfort with both frontend & backend) is a big plus
• ▹Use of a Linux distribution as primary OS whenever possible (applies to all roles)
• ▹Comfortable communicating in both Spanish and English
• ▹Located in a timezone compatible with Spain (CET/CEST), within ±1 hour

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in self-organized or flat-hierarchy environments
• ▹Active engagement in (or advocacy for) diversity in tech or open-source philosophy
• ▹Experience at digital product companies
• ▹Familiarity with Penpot
