Responsibilities

• ▹Identifying and automating business processes
• ▹Developing and configuring bots
• ▹Designing BPM/RPA solutions
• ▹Executing tests, validation, and stabilization
• ▹Producing technical and operational documentation
• ▹Working together with business and IT teams
• ▹At Senior level, additionally: designing automation architecture, defining requirements and benefit metrics, technical leadership and decision-making, risk management and automation governance
• ▹At Semi Senior level, additionally: configuring and developing automations, testing and documentation, supporting stabilization and go-live, tracking incidents

Requirements

• ▹Experience with automation tools: UiPath, Power Automate, or BluePrism
• ▹Knowledge of BPM/RPA and automation design
• ▹Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow handling
• ▹Testing (QA) and exception-handling experience
• ▹Basic SQL knowledge
• ▹Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman
• ▹Good development practices
