SAP HCM PY-PA-TM Consultant (Spanish Payroll)

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in SAP ERP-HCM Spanish payroll (PY) migration, enhancement, and roll-out projects for industrial multinational clients
• ▹Prepare functional designs, review and resolve incidents
• ▹Gather requirements, analyze and configure the system
• ▹Conduct client assessments to improve and optimize processes

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM (PY) implementation, roll-out, or enhancement projects, specifically Spanish payroll
• ▹Knowledge of core HR business processes: personnel administration, payroll, talent management
• ▹Familiarity with Agile methodology

Nice to have

• ▹English proficiency is a plus
