Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee development
• ▹Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, researchers, stakeholders)
• ▹Maintain and review product documentation (project plans, status reports, risk assessments)
• ▹Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
• ▹Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in the development process
• ▹Track product milestones and KPIs, report to leadership
• ▹Support implementation of project management best practices
• ▹Contribute to documentation, including onboarding guides

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• ▹3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain/DeFi
• ▹Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• ▹Excellent organizational and leadership skills managing multiple complex projects
• ▹Proficiency in project management tools (Notion) and GitHub
• ▹Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
