Responsibilities

• ▹Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget
• ▹Serve as the primary client liaison for executive and technical stakeholders
• ▹Lead implementation teams of data engineers, analytics engineers and AI specialists
• ▹Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices
• ▹Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• ▹Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• ▹Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives
• ▹Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders
• ▹Communicate project health to executive and account management teams
• ▹Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
• ▹Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• ▹Previous exposure to Snowflake, dbt or similar modern data stack technologies preferred
• ▹Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• ▹Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
• ▹Background managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• ▹Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

• ▹Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, particularly in marketing or analytics contexts
• ▹Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
• ▹Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments
