Responsibilities

• ▹Drive market positioning and thought leadership for the SDLC/DevEx practice
• ▹Create unique, high-value service offerings and drive their adoption across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC
• ▹Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services
• ▹Build and lead a network of regional SDLC/DevEx Practice Leads
• ▹DevOps & CI/CD modernization: design modern delivery pipelines using the Atlassian toolchain (Jira Software, Bitbucket, Compass)
• ▹Developer Experience optimization: toolchain consolidation, developer portal design, workflow automation
• ▹Embed agentic AI into software delivery workflows: AI-assisted code generation, automated review, intelligent test generation
• ▹Establish SDLC governance and standardization frameworks across complex, multi-team engineering organizations
