Responsibilities

• ▹Develop test automation suites to expand coverage across microservices, integrated into regression and release processes
• ▹Support releases and communicate issues to product in a timely manner
• ▹Build tools to test integration with third-party services (payment rails, SMS/email, KYC, analytics)
• ▹Integrate automated test execution into the software development process
• ▹Collaborate with the Squad Lead and other stakeholders to strategize rollout
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Credit, Business Development) to identify automation areas
• ▹Maintain, review, propose and implement improvements to existing frameworks, tools and processes
• ▹Continuously learn new tools and help the team optimize the test framework

Requirements

• ▹4+ years building test tools and frameworks using Groovy/Kotlin/Java/Scala
• ▹Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, Linux/Mac OSX for backend or frontend services
• ▹Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agents (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
• ▹Proven track record designing, building and refining custom AI skills, workflows and autonomous agents
• ▹Experience with the BDD testing paradigm and a BDD framework (Spock, JBehave or cucumber)
• ▹Knowledge of microservices and automation
• ▹Experience in Agile development (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Experience with version control tools
