Technical Support Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage ERP micro-projects in finance and supply chain
• ▹Coordinate external integrators in France and Poland
• ▹Track and validate tests before go-live
• ▹Handle incidents: job blocks, database access, billing, financial flows, reminders
• ▹Provide occasional hands-on technical support on Navision
• ▹Run meetings in English and report to management
• ▹Advise on and improve processes during the exploratory phase before ERP migration

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, ERP project management or equivalent
• ▹Relevant experience managing ERP projects in an international environment
• ▹Expertise in Navision 2013/2017
• ▹Solid financial/accounting knowledge: financial flows, EDI, orders
• ▹Fluent English
• ▹Strong autonomy
