UI / Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Define visual direction and style for digital products (typography, colour, UI patterns, design systems)
• ▹Lead and direct the design process across a range of products
• ▹Develop brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency
• ▹Lead UI projects from concept to delivery
• ▹Collaborate directly with clients, facilitate workshops, present concepts
• ▹Improve workflows and internal design processes
• ▹Collaborate with researchers, strategists, content writers and developers
• ▹Create marketing and communication materials
• ▹Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers

Requirements

• ▹Extraordinary skills in layouts, grids, UI patterns, colour theory and typography
• ▹3+ years of documented commercial experience
• ▹Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
• ▹Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1)
• ▹Great communication and presentation skills
• ▹Proactive attitude, independent problem-solving
• ▹Good understanding of business and technology
• ▹Extreme attention to detail

Nice to have

• ▹Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation
• ▹Experience in brand identity design
• ▹Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)
