Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and business opportunities
• ▹Build customized dashboards to monitor performance
• ▹Create analytical reports to present findings clearly
• ▹Use statistical models to forecast future trends
• ▹Analyze costs and revenue to assess profitability
• ▹Analyze the supply chain to identify optimization opportunities
• ▹Analyze customer satisfaction and propose improvements
• ▹Deliver training and support to help employees use data and analytics tools effectively

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹Fluent French, spoken and written
• ▹At least 7 years of experience as an IT analyst in Canada
• ▹At least 3 years of relevant experience as a BI advisor
• ▹300 person-days of participation in BI mandates over the past 3 years
• ▹At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
• ▹At least 2 years of experience with ETL tools
