Responsibilities

• ▹Craft a bold, multi-year product vision anticipating where Salesforce and the AI-powered enterprise are heading
• ▹Recruit, mentor and inspire a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management and security
• ▹Work closely with customers - admins, developers, release managers and security leaders
• ▹Drive the full product lifecycle for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup and recovery, and zero-trust security
• ▹Turn every Salesforce release into an opportunity, not a fire drill
• ▹Win the category by knowing the market deeper than anyone else
• ▹Partner with marketing, sales, success and AppExchange and SI partners

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of product leadership experience
• ▹3+ years building and leading product management teams
• ▹Deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on deployment and governor limit knowledge
• ▹Proven track record shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection or security products
• ▹Both strategic and operational mindset
• ▹Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

Nice to have

• ▹Deep fluency in Git and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
